In 2002, Audrey decided to leave her corporate job in Dubai to pursue a lifelong quest for a deeper meaning of life and happiness. Her path brought her to an Ashram in India where she trained in YOGIC SCIENCES for 2 years, under Yogis and Medical Doctors.   Studying the ancient books of Yoga, she discovered that what most of us seek, we already have.  All we need is to know how to access what we have.

 

Now, with over 10 years of experience teaching Yoga in India and Dubai, Audrey firmly believes in the power of yoga to transform lives.


She holds a Masters Degree in Yogic Science and a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition.  She is a trained Yoga therapist, Pranic Healer and Foot Reflexologist.  Participants find her classes creative, informative, fun and deeply relaxing.  Her one-on-one sessions are designed to the specific needs of the individual, drawing from her years of experience and training.

  2. Pranayama: Breath awareness and breath control techniques
